Music is good for people of all ages. I have a little girl that was very difficult to soothe. She would scream for what seemed to be no reason at all, and the only way to calm her down was playing her favorite music. I started doing some research about the soothing effects of music and how you can use it in your life to calm your own emotions as well as those around you.
